We are looking for a Wholesale Sales Associate to join our team in Madrid. You will work alongside our Regional Sales Managers to grow our international wholesale business — supporting key accounts, leading new business outreach, and taking on your own portfolio of clients.
This is a true sales role. You will be in front of clients, on the road for fairs and market weeks, and accountable for revenue from day one. You will report to the Global Head of Wholesale and work closely with the Regional Sales Managers covering Europe, the Americas and key international accounts.
What you will do
- Own and grow a portfolio of wholesale accounts — independent boutiques, department stores and key accounts — driving sell-in, reorders and sell-through performance.
- Manage relationships with our agents and distributors in assigned markets — aligning on commercial strategy, seasonal targets, sell-in plans and performance; acting as their main point of contact at Flabelus and ensuring they have everything they need to sell the brand effectively.
- Lead the sell-in cycle on your accounts across SS and FW campaigns — from initial outreach and appointment booking through to order finalization and confirmation.
- Prospect, qualify and pitch new wholesale clients in your assigned territory — researching potential partners, leading first contact, and bringing opportunities through to closed orders.
- Attend trade fairs and showrooms internationally — selling collections, taking orders and building client relationships on the ground.
- Track account performance — sell-through, reorder rate, revenue vs. target — and contribute to monthly and seasonal account reviews.
- Build long-term client relationships through regular check-ins, store visits, and a deep understanding of each client's business.
- Partner cross-functionally with Customer Experience, Operations, Creative and Finance (amongst others) so your accounts are served end-to-end.
