This role is critical to the performance of our wholesale business. You will work closely with Sales and Operations to ensure a seamless experience for our global clients, while actively contributing to client retention and repeat business.
This is not a purely operational role — it requires ownership, proactivity, and strong judgement.
Your mission
Own and elevate the wholesale client experience end-to-end, ensuring that every client interaction is smooth, proactive, and aligned with Flabelus standards.You will play a key role in driving client satisfaction, accelerating reorders, and supporting revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- End-to-end order management
Oversee orders from confirmation to delivery, ensuring accuracy, timelines, and clear communication with clients - Client relationship management
Act as a key point of contact for wholesale clients, building strong and trusted relationships - Reorder monitoring & activation
Track clients post-delivery and proactively support Sales in triggering reorders - Issue ownership & resolution
Identify issues early (logistics, stock, delays) and ensure they are resolved quickly and effectively - Cross-functional coordination
Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Logistics to ensure smooth execution and alignment - Process improvement
Identify inefficiencies and propose ways to improve workflows and client experience - Systems & data accuracy
Maintain accurate and up-to-date information across internal tools (orders, client status, follow-ups)
