At Flabelus, we are looking for a passionate Retail Talent Acquisition Associate with a strong focus on identifying and attracting talent for our stores globally. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes for Sales Assistants and Store Managers, ensuring that each store has teams aligned with Flabelus’ values, aesthetics, and brand experience.
Your mission will be to build exceptional teams that elevate the customer experience and contribute to the sustainable growth of our 25 stores across different markets.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment cycle for Sales Assistant and Store Manager positions in all countries where Flabelus operates.
Design talent attraction strategies tailored to each market, leveraging local channels, social media, job fairs, and partnerships with fashion or retail schools.
Create and post job openings consistent with Flabelus’ tone and brand identity.
Conduct CV screenings, phone interviews, competency-based interviews, and coordinate final interviews with Store Managers.
Develop and maintain a global talent pool for retail positions, anticipating future needs.
Ensure an outstanding candidate experience that reflects the brand’s values.
Collaborate with Retail Operations and HR to understand staffing needs, turnover, and key profiles by store.
Analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, quality of hire, talent sources) and propose continuous improvements.
Participate in defining profiles, onboarding, and selection standards to ensure global consistency.
Represent Flabelus as an employer brand ambassador at all candidate touchpoints.
