Your responsibilities:
Define and implement the global retail strategy, balancing profitability with brand experience.
Lead the operation of physical stores, ensuring high service standards, flawless visual merchandising, and achievement of sales targets.
Collaborate with Management in tracking store KPIs to ensure objectives are met according to the planned opening roadmap.
Work closely with the Operations, Communications, E-Commerce, Expansion, People, and Finance teams to ensure a consistent and memorable omnichannel experience.
Identify the needs of retail teams and oversee training programs aligned with the brand’s values.
Analyze store performance through KPIs (sales, traffic, conversion, average ticket, profitability) and define strategic improvement actions.
Implement management tools and processes that enhance operational efficiency.
Ensure the correct representation of the Flabelus identity at all physical touchpoints.
Define and drive a distinctive Customer Experience strategy that remains true to our core values.
Stay up to date with trends, technologies, and best practices in retail.
